Diary of an Affiliate Marketer
Staying at The Sheridan attending The System Intensive London. Woke up today excited because I know what is ahead of us and after yesterday’s experience. It was great.
Looking at today’s agenda the focus is on affiliate marketing which is of special interest to me so I can’t wait.
Now this is what really gets me about The System. I arrive early at the conference room and the crowd is already gathering with keen enthusiastic people ready to share their knowledge and experience.
I see people I met the day before and we agree it has been great so far and we also agree that with what we have learnt on day one and the ideas we have already been given it’s a lot to take in and can be overwhelming.
You see, everything we were shown on day one works and therefore it’s like being shown numerous exotic cars and not knowing which one to choose because they are all fabulous.
Well The System has been like that so far and we are all excited and wondering what else we are going to learn today. One thing we definitely all agree on is that it has been worth every penny and we haven’t even started day 2 yet!
As I get to meet more and more people here it is fascinating to see the appeal Ken McCarthy has. People here have flown in from South Africa, Malaysia, Norway, USA and Italy just to be here this weekend.
After Ken’s opening this morning first up is Ben Moskel. Ben is an affiliate marketer and now earns substantial amounts of money through affiliate marketing on the internet. He has cut short his holiday in Italy especially to be with us today and boy am I grateful as I learn his techniques direct from a successful master.

What makes the day crazier though is that the presentation later today was from Greg Davis who is Ben’s mentor!
Greg is earning in the millions with affiliate marketing and is spending unbelievable amounts of money on Google Adwords. His delivery is knowledgeable and funny and like so many before him was failing miserably before discovering how to make money online.
Greg had been online since 2002 and was not very successful until 2007 after he learnt how to affiliate market correctly turning his Google Ads into millions of dollars.
What I find incredible is that I had been wondering whether I should spend £1200 to attend and here I was getting 7 years education squeezed into a 2 hour presentation and from a very nice person. He has done all the work and suffered the early failures and yet was here at The System willing to disclose how he does it.
At the end of his talk he pondered whether he should share a piece of magic information with us that has made him thousands. After teasing us he discloses some gems he has discovered using keywords with Google Adwords and they were unbelievable. There was more money in those gems than the whole cost of The System Seminar and I can’t wait to use them.

Ben and Greg really know their stuff and I am going to implement some of their strategies when I get back home after the event.
I haven’t got time to disclose all the other activities and talks that went on during the day but I do want to make sure I cover this last bit.
Ken is an excellent teacher, promoter, mentor and internet marketing master who knows how to get his pupils, us, to get the most from the event.
During the afternoon he had us break up into small groups with each of the guest speakers, these very talented people, acting as the center and asking each of us what we were going to put into action tomorrow, Monday.
Here I was, sat with Ben Moskel, someone I admire, sharing my ideas and action plans with this small group of keen and helpful people willing to contribute to my success.
Each of us bounced ideas, contributed and suggested money making actions to each in the group and everyone came away with a valuable action plan.
Well, tomorrow I’m back down to Earth but I will never forget these 2 exhilarating days and all the new friends I have just met.
Just have to remember to put all their email addresses in my address book when I get back!
